Which spelling to use
終わり終わり is the most common of the three written forms and the recommended choice for beginners.
終り終り is a less common kanji-and-kana spelling of 終わり; recognize it when encountered, but choose 終わり as a beginner.
終終 is the least common form, written with kanji alone and using an irregular kana pattern; recognize it as a variant rather than your default.
